Our Booking Policies
It is our priority to provide our clients with the best possible treatment on the day of their scheduled appointment.
Please kindly review our policies and understand when scheduling a treatment, you agree to the terms of the following policies.
LATE ARRIVALS
Aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are running up to 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be adjusted to fit your scheduled time frame. You will be charged 100% of the booked treatment. A delay of more than 15 minutes will be considered as a same day cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the booked service with the card on file.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Should you like to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to reschedule or cancel within the 48 hour window will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service with the card on file.
We respectfully ask for your understanding and cooperation to cancel and reschedule if you cannot make your appointment as another client may request to take your reserved spot.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the service provided is due at the completion of the service.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds for any services provided. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to return products. All sales are final. We are happy to exchange any product that arrives defective with prompt notice. Please email frankie@frankieshay.com in the event you need an exchange.
